- Monitor pricing review inbox and phone queue for pricing exception requests
- Review each exception request for accuracy, policy compliance, and financial feasibility
- Produce basic price exception reporting on a regular basis using pre-designed reports and queries
- Communicate changes to pricing policy to Sales and Operations as needed
- Provide backup to Finance analysts for production of predesigned reports and queries as needed
