Our technology platforms are used by 70% of the FTSE 100, Government, and other large corporates, particularly in banking, insurance and other financial services. EQ India Operations team works closely with the EQ Group functions across UK. This service is delivered from our offices in India based out of Chennai and Bangalore.

As a Dividend Planner, the ideal professional for the role is a flexible problem solver, with superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mind set. Multi-tasking and the unique ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position.
Objectives of the Role
- Carry out and plan our clients Dividend Payments, working in line with operational checklists to ensure prompt and accurate completion of all key deliverables within agreed service standards.
- Respond to a range of general standard processing enquiries referring to senior colleagues where appropriate, taking opportunities to identify areas for improvement to processes and service.
- Work with your team ensuring your colleagues tasks can be completed in conjunction with managing your workloads.
- Regular communication/liaison with our clients regarding basic aspects of their dividend payment.
- Improve own skills and knowledge within the operational team, gaining and growing your technical knowledge of the Dividends and the wider financial market
Responsibilities
- Undertake a variety of administrative duties, including the planning of dividend tasks and adhering to timescales.
- Provide excellent customer service by treating each contact with the customer as an opportunity to impress them with the service offered.
- Ensure compliance with Equiniti’s procedures, standards and reporting requirements, together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Organise your allocated workload to ensure all deadlines are met and within the security arrangements of Equiniti.
- Ensure that work and ethics comply with all security arrangements and information, and all work is undertaken within the quality system.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid interpersonal skills
