We are looking for a dedicated Individual Contributor who can work independently and take full ownership of their responsibilities, while also effectively presenting the outcomes of their work to the wider team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge and a solid understanding of the logistics domain, and act as a subject matter expert within their area.
This role is part of the Customer Experience function, which focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers after they are onboarded into the Maersk ecosystem. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing customer communication channels

  • Handling case management activities

  • Supporting customer onboarding and relationship management

  • Managing contracts and resolving disputes

  • Ensuring smooth coordination across customer touchpoints

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the logistics industry

  • Proven experience in handling customer queries, especially via email communication

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Functional understanding of end-to-end logistics and customer service processes

  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution of issues
