You will be Responsible for:

  • Documentation Management:

    • Handle daily documentation tasks in accordance with client/process IOPs.

    • Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and submitted timely to relevant stakeholders.

    • Adhere strictly to IOPs, checking any deviations with stakeholders beforehand.

  • Technical Support:

    • Support peers with technical or process-related challenges during process execution.

    • Perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations to identify and resolve issues.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Focus on data quality to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

    • Maintain an up-to-date understanding and training of processes and IOPs to create high-quality documentation.

  • Training & Development:

    • Train new hires on processes to ensure they are well-equipped to handle their tasks efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in documentation management and process execution.

  • Strong understanding of import/export documentation requirements.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.

  • Ability to adhere to and enforce strict procedures and guidelines.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in training and mentoring new hires is a plus.

  • May train new hires on the process(es).
