Role Summary:

The Procurement Associate will play a key role within the Procurement function, supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities. This role combines analytical capability with strong operational execution, utilizing Oracle, Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS), and Advanced Excel to ensure accurate reporting, actionable insights, and process efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders in support of procurement processes, ensure compliance, support the timely fulfillment goods and services, and contribute to the achievement of financial and operational objectives.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement with exposure to administration, processes and controls.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, contract management, and procurement best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Dashboards) and hands-on experience with Oracle and WSS procurement systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid domain knowledge of procurement policies, industry practices, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability in relationship management and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for all AHI goods and services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of procurement activities.
  • Create, manage, and administer Oracle purchasing catalogs, including catalog setup, updates, user support, troubleshooting, and ensuring catalog integrity for efficient purchasing and fulfillment.
  • Support PO process management, including purchase order creation, tracking, and fulfillment for all AHI goods and services.
  • Utilize and leverage procurement tools (Oracle, WSS, Advanced Excel) to improve transparency, track performance, and continuously refine key processes.
  • Provide Audit Support by maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring process adherence, and coordinating timely responses to audit requests.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using Advanced Excel and other internal tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT and systems teams to enhance ERP/P2P tool functionality and user experience.
  • Provide support in the update of procurement systems such as Oracle and WSS, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate on procurement operations' continuous process improvement initiatives.
