About the role
The Procurement Enablement Specialist is responsible for enhancing automation and efficiency across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. This role focuses on shifting noncontracted transactions into automated channels using AGL’s procurement systems. You’ll manage supplier onboarding, maintain procurement data and catalogues, resolve stakeholder queries, and support compliance by reducing manual processing. Close collaboration with purchasing teams, accounts payable, procurement systems, and internal/external stakeholders ensures smooth end to end procurement operations to pay lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving automation of the procure-to-pay cycle through AGL’s procurement systems.
Facilitating supplier registration and enablement for SAP Business Network and SAP Fieldglass.
Leading the end to end SAP Business Network onboarding process, including configuration, training, and support.
Maintaining outline agreements, purchasing contract data, and Ariba-enabled catalogues.
Reviewing commercial constructs to ensure supplier agreements align with contractual obligations.
Analysing procurement data to identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and enhance workflows.
Partnering with stakeholders across procurement and the business to align processes and promote compliance.
What You’ll Bring
Experience with SAP Business Network (mandatory) and exposure to SAP Fieldglass and/or SAP S/4HANA (highly desirable).
Strong understanding of procurement and purchasing processes, including supplier management.
Ability to interpret commercial terms within supplier agreements.
Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to expand knowledge across related functional areas.
