As a Product Analyst with Lumel your responsibilities will be as listed below:-
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track product performance and user adoption
- Validate new features and bug fixes through structured testing and feedback loops
- Analyze product and technical queries and propose data-backed solutions
- Support user research sessions and synthesize qualitative findings
- Conduct light competitor research to inform product planning
- Create internal documentation, product demos, and short walkthrough content
- Understand product architecture and lifecycle to contextualize all analytical work
Expectations
- Good Power BI experience - dashboards, DAX, Power Query, data modelling
- Ability to create different content formats (Video, blog, dashboard)
- Strong communication skills - written, visual, and verbal
