ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Product Analyst to help us better understand our users, guide strategic product decisions, and drive measurable growth. If you excel at turning raw data into actionable insights—and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product experiences—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement tracking events in tools like Amplitude; build and refine dashboards, funnels, and user segments.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and interpret A/B tests, ensuring statistical rigor.
  • Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align data insights with strategic goals, driving user onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Solve ambiguous data problems, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to propose actionable solutions.
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance analysis, maintaining ethical standards and data integrity.
  • Continuously iterate and improve analytical frameworks as the product evolves.

What We’re Looking For

We value a blend of technical prowess, business acumen, and collaboration skills. Our ideal candidate meets most of the following criteria:

  • Experience with product analytics (Amplitude Analytics experience a plus)
  • Proven track record in A/B testing, experimental design, and data analysis. (Amplitude Experiment experience a plus)
  • Skilled in data storytelling, with experience presenting insights to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous data and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Open to using AI and modern tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL (Python, or R a plus); solid understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence intervals).
