Conduct market studies encompassing various stakeholders and benchmark products across various regions to identify target product & features for market (with potential sales volumes) based on QFD approach along with target TCOs and price position
Study Consumer segment & preference to track factors that influence buying decision through Kano model, other tools as applicable
Highlight risks during course of the new product development based on changes / updated market requirements
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for timely release of products to market
Monitor new product performance and highlight issues if any before start of sales
Prepare content for product circulars, launch and training preparedness to enable sales
Monitor market trends for updating products (short and long term)
Collect information from market to analyse and validate customer pain points for existing product improvements
Qualification: B.E (Mechanical/Automobile)
Work Experience: 3-5 years in sales/product management for haulage trucks
Skill set:
Languages: English, Hindi
Skills: MS Office – Excel, Power point, Power BI
Job related: TCO, QFD, Kano model, Technical understanding of truck systems
