We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us bring intelligent, data-driven solutions to life—empowering channel partners and the small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) they serve.

About the job:

As a Product Manager at Vendasta, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI platform & product offerings. Work with engineering, design, marketing, and success to ship solutions for partners and their SMBs. Your mission is to own and develop a product area, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and customer feedback. 

Your Impact:

• Define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with Vendasta’s company goals and partner needs.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and evaluate competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
• Use generative AI to summarize user interviews, categorize feedback, and surface trends aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine long-term product strategy and positioning.
  
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage the product backlog, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, well-scoped requirements, leveraging prompt-based AI tools for drafting specs and summarizing technical discussions.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog, using AI tools (e.g., Notion AI, Jira AI plugins) to organize and assess prioritization trade-offs.
  
• Act as the voice of the user, incorporating AI-driven sentiment analysis and behavioral insights to advocate for intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to enable product success across the lifecycle, including using AI-generated briefs or decks for stakeholder communication.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Present product updates, roadmap progress, and business impact to stakeholders and executives.
  
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterate on product features based on data-driven learnings.
• Use AI copilots to identify anomalies, recommend optimizations, and summarize testing results.
  

What you bring to the table:

• Strong ability to define, prioritize, and execute a product roadmap.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with engineering and design teams.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Posthog, Looker, Google Analytics) to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Comfort using AI copilots (Notion AI, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Looker AI) for research, documentation, and summarization.
• Demonstrates curiosity and initiative to explore how AI can streamline product tasks or workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex product challenges.
• Experience with API-driven platforms or integrations.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in product development.
• Familiarity with customer research techniques (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys).
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science or a related field preferred).
