We’re looking for a Product Manager who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Team in the fast growth area of Tesco Retail Media and Insights. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities and contribute to the evolution of one of the fasting growing media environments. 

What you’ll be working on  

  • Play a critical role in the design, development, and enhancement of the user interface for all our analytics products and modules. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including UX/UI designers, developers, data scientists, and senior product managers—you will focus on creating an intuitive and engaging experience for our users of Measurement, Insights, Audience, Yield Optimisation and Planning modules.  
  • Drive your squad: Work closely with your engineering and design counterparts to evolve the work of your squad so that it aligns to the broader efforts set by a Senior Manager or Product Director.    
  • Execute with Excellence: Enable the day-to-day effectiveness of your squad through completion of activities such as user story creation, backlog grooming, and clear and frequent communication with your team. 
  • Measure what matters: Measure and improve key product metrics to enhance the user experience.  
  • Build your product maturity: Working with product leadership to develop and hone the following skills:  
  • Bring others on the journey: develop clear communication and resources that share the story of your product’s evolution and its alignment to objectives. Participate in forums to share this information. 
  • Know our business: Gain and maintain a clear understanding of business strategy and objectives. Seek to understand how your squad contributes to these efforts. 
  • Comprehend the market: Work to gain an understanding of the market we compete in – including competitive functionality.  
  • Understand your users: Begin to build a detailed understanding of both client needs and end user engagement.  
  • Create Awareness: Develop an understanding of the go to market process and product managements interaction with product marketing.   

What we expect from you 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, design, or a related field. 
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field. 
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices  for data-intensive platforms. 
  • Strong interest in analytics, data visualization, and user-centric design. 
  • Experience working with tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 

Preferred 

  • Exposure to retail media, ad tech, or analytics platforms. 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 
  • Understanding of A/B testing and iterative product design.
