Who we are:
Field Nation brings companies and service professionals together through an integrated, easy-to-use platform. We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.

Why is this role important to Field Nation?
As a Product Manager, you’ll own a defined area of the product and lead the development of features that help Buyers get work done more effectively while enabling Technicians to grow their businesses on the platform.
You’ll join a global, modern Product organization that is outcome-oriented, data-driven, and grounded in first-principles thinking. With a well-established development team in Bangladesh, you’ll be among the first local Product Management hires—playing a key role in shaping not only your product area, but also how the Product team operates and scales over time.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and own high-impact user problems, deeply understanding workflows, constraints, and outcomes to produce clear problem statements, prioritized use cases, and measurable success metrics grounded in research, data, and internal expertise.
  • Lead feature development end to end, from concept through launch, making thoughtful tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, and impact in close partnership with design and engineering.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market execution, ensuring features are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and well adopted by users.
  • Measure and evaluate impact post-launch, analyzing feature usage and outcomes to determine what’s working, what isn’t, and where iteration is needed.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads on roadmap planning, contributing input and recommendations to longer-range plans within your product area

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience shipping user-facing features (ideally in a marketplace or B2B SaaS environment)
  • Strong learning mindset with the ability to ask good questions, listen deeply, and pursue truth over assumptions.
  • Strong product judgment, capable of making sound decisions under ambiguity by weighing tradeoffs, incomplete data, and real-world constraints.
  • Independent point of view, able to form and clearly articulate a well-reasoned perspective rather than defaulting to stakeholder requests or consensus.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to convey ideas clearly and concisely in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong ownership mindset, comfortable driving progress through ambiguity, tight timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Experience working on distributed or global teams is a strong plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Working Days: Hybrid, Monday to Friday (3 days work from home + 2 days work from office)
  • Working Hours: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Office Location:

  • Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

  • BDT 220,000 - 285,000 (Monthly)

Why we think you'll love it here:

  • Mobile bill
  • Gym Membership
  • Medical Insurance
  • Festival bonus
  • Performance Reward Bonus
  • Gratuity benefit.
  • Lunch/Dinner Facilities: Fully Subsidized
  • Sound work-life balance - Regular working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days a week.
  • Friendly work environment. Flexible leave/vacation policy.
  • A great learning opportunity.
  • Opportunity to work with cross-cultural teams with the USA.
  • Annual performance evaluation and increment.
  • Semi-annual reflection opportunities - because growth is the name of the game
  • Employee Drop Off - we’ve got your commute covered

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
