As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end delivery of complex features in a highly dynamic, international environment. You will be at the center of execution aligning teams, managing priorities, and ensuring high-quality delivery across distributed development teams.

What you will do:
Own end-to-end delivery

• Take full ownership of feature delivery (BUCs) from planning to completion
• Drive end-to-end planning, execution follow-up, and delivery tracking
• Identify risks early and actively manage mitigation and escalation
• Ensure delivery commitments are met in terms of scope, timeline, and quality

Lead backlog and product execution

• Own and maintain the product backlog for your team
• Break down features into EPICs and user stories, ensuring clarity and readiness
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure stories are well-prepared for development
• Prioritize work based on business value, dependencies, and delivery impact

Drive team execution and coordination

• Monitor sprint and delivery progress, ensuring transparency at all times
• Coordinate closely with architects, and Scrum Masters
• Actively remove blockers and drive resolution of impediments
• Ensure alignment between planned scope and actual delivery progress

Enable cross-team collaboration

• Coordinate with external teams (e.g. platform, CI/CD, other development teams)
• Manage inter-team dependencies and ensure smooth integration
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization

Act as the key interface to stakeholders

• Represent your team in program-level discussions and stakeholder forums
• Provide clear and accurate status updates, highlighting risks and dependencies
• Align with Product Management and System/Product Managers on priorities
• Ensure transparency and trust through structured communication

The skills you bring:
Experience & mindset

• Experience as Product Owner / Delivery Lead / Technical Project Leader
• Strong ownership mindset with proven ability to drive delivery end-to-end
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Ability to manage complexity, dependencies, and competing priorities

Collaboration & communication

• Strong stakeholder management skills across teams and organizational levels
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to align distributed teams (e.g. cross-site or cross-country setup)

Technical understanding

• Good understanding of software development and system architecture concepts
• Ability to understand technical discussions and make informed prioritization decisions
• Experience with modern development environments (cloud, microservices, CI/CD) is a plus
