We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Global Products Customer Success Healthcare team. This role involves handling data processes, L2-L3 Support, Database Migration, SQL/Postgres related stuff and supporting business decision-making through analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate should have very strong communication skill, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Support data management activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, R, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Assist in automating data workflows and processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
- Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics and management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, with a focus on Data Analytics, Business Analytics & Intelligence, Data Science & Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning & Data Analytics, or Robotics & Data Analytics. 2024 Batch preferred
- Consistent academic record with minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (For Maharashtra based candidates 65% or equivalent academic record is needed.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
- Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, OAC etc., Data Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Talend, ODI, etc.), Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Python.
