ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) provides support to clients using Temenos products which includes clients in product Implementation stage & clients already live on Temenos products. All support requests from these clients are handled by PACS

The current role in PACS - IPRM involves L3 packaging activities, including maintaining CRM profiles and supporting ticket bookings for onsite consultants. It combines both administrative and technical responsibilities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In this role you will be responsible for managing build and release activities, including implementing software changes across various environments.
  • You will support client deliveries and provide timely assistance during and after releases to ensure smooth operations.
  • Other responsibilities include maintaining source code repositories and ensuring proper version control practices are followed.
  • This role also involves managing application environments, coordinating deployments, and supporting system integrations across multiple platforms.
  • You will execute and automate existing operational procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • You will work on continuous improvement, with regular feedback used to enhance processes and delivery quality.
  • The role requires implementing and adhering to best practices to ensure stability, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • You will manage general admin requests given on ad hoc basis and interface between team members and travel department team.
  • Role also involves managing CRM database of Temenos customers in JIRA and other associated systems.

REQUIRED SKILSS:

  • BE/B Tech/MCA candidates up to 2 years' of experience in Production Support team with managing application environments, coordinating deployments, and supporting system integrations across multiple platforms
