Production support for trading applications requiring rotational shift coverage. Monitor overnight batch jobs, support applications migrated to AWS, and use monitoring tools to detect and resolve incidents. Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Kubernetes, CloudWatch) and monitoring platforms required; basic SQL and job scheduler knowledge preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- This is a production support role for trading applications. Candidate should be comfortable working on Production Support role and rotational shift ( 7 AM – 4 PM / 11 AM – 8 PM / 1 PM – 10 PM)
- The concerned applications were on-prem earlier but has now moved to AWS cloud. Therefore, the candidate needs to have strong experience in AWS services like EC2, S3, Kubernetes.

- Experience in any of the monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus
Good to have:
- Should have basic understanding of SQL
