The Impact you will have in this role:
As a Program management Senior Associate role for Private Cloud you will be working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning
- Support definition and execution of the OS (Windows / Linux) product roadmap in alignment with Private Cloud and Enterprise Platform strategy.
- Assist in shaping product vision, success outcomes, and near‑term priorities for platform capabilities and enhancements.
- Contribute to backlog planning to ensure a clear pipeline of immediate and future‑state work.
Backlog & Intake Management
- Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to translate enterprise and stakeholder requests into actionable backlog items.
- Participate in intake triage, balancing urgency, value, and platform sustainability.
- Help prevent backlog stagnation and ensure deprioritized work remains visible for future planning cycles.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Engage internal clients and platform consumers to understand needs, expectations, and adoption challenges.
- Support ongoing communication of priorities, progress, and delivery status to stakeholders across infrastructure, application, and engineering teams.
- Participate in recurring product forums and monthly product team alignment meetings.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work within a matrix team model, coordinating across OS engineering squads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Tech Writers.
- Ensure alignment between OS product work and adjacent platform domains (e.g., Containers, Storage, Backup)
Delivery Support & Continuous Improvement
- Track progress against defined objectives and assist in identifying risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes, documentation standards, and engagement models.
- Support metrics such as delivery predictability, platform adoption, and customer satisfaction feedback
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Platform Delivery within a technology or infrastructure environment.
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux platforms, infrastructure services, or private cloud environments.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business‑oriented outcomes.
- Proven collaboration skills in Agile or SAFe‑aligned delivery models.
- Effective communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms (OS, cloud, storage, or virtualization).
- Familiarity with Agile backlog management, intake prioritization, and cross‑team dependency coordination.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with shared product ownership.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
