The Opportunity
HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems.We are now hiring a Completion Manager to HVDC Sweden, a business line within Hitachi Energy. As Completions Manager you have a key role in the project by being responsible to define and implement the Project Completion Strategy. You will have the opportunity to work both operational and strategic, as well as interacting with different internal and external stakeholders within the business.
How you’ll make an impact:
Define the Project Completion System/s (PCS) and interfaces in the Projects
Identify engineering inputs, tools and dataflow to feed engineering data into the PCS.
Setup the project PCS structure.
Receive, validate and process source data, engineering lists and technical drawings to populate the PCS in line with the project requirements and the Project Completion Strategy
Populate the PCS for procurement activities in conjunction with the Master Test Plan
Implement the Completions scope of work for ITR check sheets.
Create project specific ITR templates as required from Construction & Commissioning approved documentation.
Manage the PCS regarding user access, admin, guidance and training.
Support the Project Completion Manager creating the Preservation activities in the PCS.
Support the projects in punch list data imports, updates and maintenance based on the project needs.
Support creating reports and monitoring the project Completions KPIs
Receive, validate and process change control notices relating to data (engineering lists, drawings, users) held or processed by the PCS and update the project's scope accordingly.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Technical / Engineering / Quality management education.
Minimum 2+ years professional experience, and/or completion of at least one major project up to handover to the Customer, in a role related to the function within an EPC in Power, Energy or Oil & Gas project(s)
Experienced working with a Project Completions Systems (PCS) preferably with PIMS or other PCS such as ProCoSys, WinPCS, etc.
Proficient oral and written communication skills including technical documentation and reporting
Sensitive to Customer and project team needs and can develop a sustainable relationship to all involved stakeholders through clear communication, influencing and coordination.
English fluency (written + spoken)
