Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in planning and allocating resources for multiple projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitoring resource utilization and optimizing the use of available resources.
  • Coordinating with Project Managers and Team Leads to understand and fulfill resource requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating resource management tools and databases accurately.
  • Preparing and presenting resource utilization reports to senior management.
  • Supporting the Head of Resource and Operations in day-to-day resource management activities.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a project coordinator:

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • You should have 1–3 years of experience in resource management or a similar role.
  • You will have strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally have experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
  • You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
