Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Remote within the US
Key Responsibilities: This role is a part of our Global Services team, which is responsible for implementing campus card solutions for commerce and security around the world. This team is comprised of Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Implementation Consultants who are committed to providing our clients with high-quality project management and expert services. This position reports to the Access Control and Mobile Credential Manager with supervision and assistance from Senior Project Managers.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for participating as a project team member in the implementation of, but not limited to, Access Control and Mobile Credential solutions. You will have significant responsibilities associated with initial coordination, communication, and project assistance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide assistance to the Project Management Team
- Meeting established goals for utilization, customer satisfaction and project forecast for completion as set by management
- Track ordering, shipment and delivery of hardware
- Coordinate project artifacts in preparation for implementation
- Create and distribute active project communications
- Submit and manage Project Change Requests
- Applied understanding of the TSE environment and relationships between TSE, Access Control and Mobile Credential
- Tracking project tasks, timeline and updates
- Working with clients prior to project team engagement to ensure required elements have been received, delivered or completed
- Work with the Implementation teams to eliminate blockers
- Interact with 3rd Party Integrators and prep for Implementation
- A knowledge of MS Office and other MS products; such as Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of Project Management principles and Implementation processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and driven
- Client-focused
- Experience working in/with Higher Ed and/or Client Implementation
