The Project Implementation Coordinator supports the effective execution of projects, initiatives, processes, and departmental activities within the CU KSA Delivery Organization. The role coordinates implementation, communication, documentation, and follow-up across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities in line with Ericsson's requirements, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.
This role also drives staff engagement processes for projects, including FAS structure handling, Erimatch planning and activity types, understanding network number structures, and managing the complexity of time reporting and ICRRB setup for intercompany cost transfer rules and recovery processes for productive organizations.
You will be a key support function to Project Management and project teams, with a particular focus on project activities, project administration, tools and systems coordination, documentation, reporting, and time tracking, making sure project activities are properly coordinated, tracked, and completed in accordance with agreed processes and timelines with local KSA customers.
What you will do• Manage and drive project implementation execution end to end and act as Implementation Manager, ensuring timely completion of all project deliverables within agreed scope and quality.• Act as the central coordination point between management, departments, project teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.• Maintain project schedules, action plans, dashboards, trackers, issue logs, and status reports.• Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and outstanding actions to secure on-time completion.• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and regular management updates.• Collect and consolidate information to support reporting, decision-making, and project reviews.• Coordinate project documentation, approvals, communications, resources, and operational requirements.• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for subcontractors and service providers, including follow-up.• Maintain accurate and confidential project, contractual, financial, and administrative records.• Support project close-out activities, including completion documentation, resolving outstanding actions, and capturing lessons learned.• Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
Skills You will bring• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.• 3-6 years of relevant project coordination / implementation experience.• Strong knowledge and experience within Ericsson, including understanding of organizational structures and productive units.• Experience engaging with Saudi telecom operators (STC, Mobily, Zain) is a strong plus.• Hands-on experience managing Purchase Orders (POs), including issuance, goods receipt (GR), cancellation, and closure.• Experience with Ericsson and related tools is a strong advantage, such as SAP, XRM (Resource Tool), Erisite/ID (Ericsson Sites Control / Intelligent Deployment Tool), ASP Tool, Erimatch (SAP Integrated Resources Utilization Tool), ESS (Resources Self Services Tool), Concur.• Proven understanding of FAS structure, Erimatch planning and activity types, network number structures, and time reporting processes including ICRRB setup for intercompany cost transfer and recovery.• Excellent communication, time management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
