Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary technical, financial, and regulatory teams, monitoring progress, reporting, managing NPD risks, improving project management processes, and implementing configuration management. Requires aerospace systems and design knowledge, familiarity with TRLs and project management tools, strong communication and organization skills, PMP certification, and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in the Aircraft/Aerospace industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in project management for R&D and Engineering teams during the New Project Development (NPD) lifecycle within the aerospace domain.
This role ensures project documentation is maintained, schedules are tracked, and communication flows efficiently across technical, financial, and regulatory teams. The role is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the configuration management process.

Technical Skills Required

- Proficiency in project management tools
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD) risk management planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Mandatory
