Responsibilities

• Drive technology solution shaping process and execution with businesses and IT teams - leading to clear objectives, accuracy in costs and timelines, and ongoing partnership and alignment with key stakeholders.
• Supervise a medium-sized team performing standard-to-advanced and highly complex programming, coding and documentation of systems and applications software. Build and sustain both teams and processes that span across digital, global core, and localized IT specialists.
• Provide broad oversight and guidance for activities, which include analysis of business requirements and preparation of detailed technical specifications to write applications and programs.
• Develop and foster new and existing relationships with management, consultants, and users to understand business priorities while compiling and prioritizing, enhancements and defect resolutions to applications.
• Help set high-level direction, strategy and technical planning of system/application technology in accordance with internal and external software compliance standards. Partner collaboratively with Client Success Partners/Managers to ensure technology solutions meet and exceed business value driven use cases to requirements across diverse IT development and management teams.
• Other duties as assigned

Skill sets:

• Must have minimum 5 years in development background or any programming languages ( eg : Java , Python , Dot.net etc ) 
• It is desirable that you have experience as a Team Lead, Modules Lead, or Technical Lead
• It is important to have experience working with clients, customers, and stakeholders  
• Must have good excel skills and creating flow charts 
• Excellent knowledge of PMO tools like Jira and Confluence 
• The ideal candidate should have experience in programming or development, but he will not develop codes, he will provide a solution to the customer 
• Managing project proposals, schedules, scopes, and costs using project management methodologies, tools, and templates
• Having experience with SaaS, PaaS is beneficial
• The ability to plan, monitor, identify risks, and plan for mitigation & contingencies when necessary
• Eager to learn new skills and new technologies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
