  • Scope & Quality Management - Manage scope, quality and variation processes by ensuring documentation completeness, clarifying requirements with SMEs, and coordinating defect resolution in line with approved standards.

  • Budget and Financial Management - Monitor and manage project budgets, cash flow, invoicing, cost variances, and renewable certificate processes to maintain profitability and financial control.

  • Project Scheduling - Develop, maintain and report on project, procurement and construction schedules, managing milestones, critical path activities and impacts to customers and stakeholders.

  • Commercial Acumen - Interpret and apply AGL and non AGL contract terms, issue formal customer notifications, and identify and escalate financial or reputational risks arising from contractual obligations.

  • Supplier, Subcontractor & Construction Management - Lead subcontractor engagement, coordination and performance across procurement, site delivery, payment milestones, defect management and interface resolution to ensure successful construction outcomes.

  • Project Delivery Process Knowledge & Governance - Apply and govern defined project delivery processes, maintaining accurate system records and applying controlled process adjustments where required.

  • Project Team Leadership, Team Building & Internal Stakeholder Management - Lead collaborative project teams through effective coordination, knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Project Systems and Accuracy of Data - Maintain accurate and UpToDate project, procurement and schedule data across MS Project, NetSuite, Procore and other relevant systems.

What we would like to see you bring:

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
