Prepare technical proposals for power generation and industrial utility projects by analyzing RFQs, RFPs, and tenders; coordinating engineering, procurement, project management, commercial, and external SME inputs; developing engineering estimates; and supporting client discussions and bid clarifications. Relevant project areas include thermal and combined-cycle power plants, renewable energy, chemical plants, oil and gas, and balance of plant systems.
The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical proposals for power
generation and industrial utility projects. The incumbent will coordinate with engineering,
procurement, project management, and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals
in response to client inquiries, RFQs, and tenders.
