Assists with developing proposals, bids, expressions of interest, and RFP responses. Responsibilities include researching clients and markets, gathering information from internal teams, drafting and editing content, maintaining proposal resources, coordinating submissions, proofreading materials, tracking deadlines and outcomes, and supporting business development activities.

- Assist in preparing proposals, bids, expressions of interest and responses to Requests for Proposals.
- Review client requirements and ensure proposals address all requested areas.
- Conduct research on clients, industries, competitors, and relevant market trends to support proposal development.
- Gather and organize information from internal teams for inclusion in proposals.
- Draft and edit proposal content, including company profiles, project approaches, methodologies, and capability statements.
- Ensure proposals are clear, well-structured, accurate, and aligned with submission requirements.
- Maintain a database of proposal templates, company information, credentials, and other supporting documents.
- Support the team in preparing presentations and other business development materials.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain required information and documentation within deadlines.
- Proofread proposals and check for grammatical, formatting, and factual errors before submission.
- Track proposal submissions, deadlines, outcomes, and feedback.
- Support other business development and administrative activities as required.
