About the role
12 Month Fixed - Term Contract Opportunity
As Proposition Manager (Electrification & Innovation), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling electrification products within our Core Product portfolio. Embedded in the E&I business and reporting through the Product & Pricing team, you’ll bridge innovation with commercial best practice to create compelling, sustainable, and profitable propositions.
Your focus will be on integrating electrification products seamlessly into Core offerings, coaching growth managers and product owners on proposition frameworks, and ensuring go-to-market activities deliver customer value and business growth. Success in this role relies on your ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders, balance commercial priorities, and combine innovation with scalability to accelerate Australia’s transition to a cleaner energy future.
What you’ll be doing:
Integrate and scale electrification products into the Core Product portfolio, ensuring smooth change management and enabling sustainable growth through coaching and upskilling product teams.
Lead innovative proposition development, creating cross-product and cross-partner bundles that deliver differentiated, customer-focused offerings and unlock new market opportunities.
Own go-to-market strategies for electrification propositions, driving strong execution and alignment across teams to maximise customer adoption and business impact.
Harness data and insights to forecast demand, analyse market performance, and identify trends that shape new business cases and growth opportunities.
Collaborate across the business with teams in Growth, Marketing, Partnerships, and Commercial Planning to enhance customer experience, boost sales performance, and deliver on Australia’s clean energy transition.
About you:
Previous demonstrated experience working in a product or proposition role
Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the proven a lead both large and small-scale projects.
Proficiency in data analytics and market research.
Ability to effectively engage with key internal stakeholders and cross functional business areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including front line and executive-level stakeholders.
