We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead. The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process across various digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retail Media, Display, and Programmatic. This role involves leading a team of QA associates, developing and implementing strategies, and collaborating with other channel leads to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in our efforts.
Please note that the candidate must be from media as this role requires lot of media exposures
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and digital marketing tools/platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Retail Media platforms, Programmatic Advertising, etc.), must be a subject matter expert.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess large datasets, identify trends, and apply insights to improve QA processes and campaign performance.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- QA Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of QA associates, ensuring high-quality output, maintaining team productivity, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance, helping team members develop professionally while ensuring the team remains aligned with the DGS Media objectives and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set clear goals to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Collaboration with Channel Leads:
- Work closely with channel leads (Paid Search, Paid Social, Retail Media, Display, Programmatic) to understand specific requirements, strategies, and goals for each digital marketing initiative.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify potential quality issues, proactively address them, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all channels.
- Comprehensive Reporting:
- Share comprehensive, data-driven QA reports with stakeholders, outlining the status of volumes managed, identified defects, and any risks that could impact the quality or performance of campaigns.
- Provide clear and actionable insights based on, defect trends, and performance data.
- Regularly update Sr.leadership on the quality assurance progress, highlighting key issues, risks, and suggested solutions.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on External Defects:
- Lead the process of conducting thorough RCAs on external defects that impact the performance or quality of digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze the root causes of issues and propose actionable recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure proper resolution and follow-up on defect closures.
- Identifying Training Needs Based on Defect Trends:
- Regularly review internal defect trends to identify recurring issues, performance gaps, and areas where additional training or resources are needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on these trends and work with Learning and Development (L&D) teams to address skill gaps and enhance team knowledge.
- Design and implement targeted training programs to address key areas for improvement within the team, focusing on preventing future defects.
- Collaboration with L&D for Training Initiatives:
- Work closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to discuss and develop training programs that will address skill gaps or knowledge deficiencies identified through defect analysis.
- Ensure training content is aligned with the latest industry trends, and QA best practices.
- Defect Prevention Strategy:
- Build and execute strategies aimed at preventing defects in campaigns by focusing on process improvements, enhancing test coverage, and integrating best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure early identification of potential quality issues and mitigation strategies before they impact campaign performance.
- Continuous Improvement Plan:
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement plan for the QA process, ensuring that methodologies, tools, and practices evolve in response to industry advancements and internal feedback.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of current QA processes and make adjustments as needed to enhance the team’s productivity and the overall quality of campaigns.
