You should be comfortable breaking down and solving complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner; this includes being comfortable engaging with clients, onsite project managers along with the Survey Programmers and Data Analysts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Test surveys for quality, compliance, and best practices. Effectively manage timelines and resources to deliver quality results on time.
- Test the survey links to ensure all the programming instructions, logic, and flow have been implemented in both desktop and mobiles.
- Framing questionnaires across different survey platforms - Decipher, Qualtrics etc.
- Need to perform data quality checks, especially open-ends review, to identify poor responses and report them to Project Managers and Data Analysts.
- Test client deliverables like tables (according to tab spec) and cleaned SPSS files etc.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to prepare client standards, process-related documentation, and training materials.
- Help maintain testing metrics of all the surveys, to identify the major areas of issues.
- Help maintain testing metrics of all Survey programmers and Data Analysts to identify areas of improvement.
- Able to analyze survey data and provide necessary suggestions to Projects Managers, Survey Programmers and Data Analysts.
- Help provide training to interns, new hires when necessary.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and development.
- Build positive relationships across the organization and with clients.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from any recognized University or equivalent education/ professional experience required.
- 4+ years of experience in the Market Research Industry is required.
- Ability to work on multiple surveys/projects with competing priorities.
- Must possess strong logical, analytical skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to be proactive in anticipating issues and test the survey links.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook etc.), any text editor is a must.
- Experience in excel using advanced formulas and excel automations is a plus.
- A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning.
- Ability to foster positive relationships across teams and customers.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
