Job Description

Role Responsibilities:-

  • Review post-closing loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  • Identify and document exceptions related to missing or incorrect documentation

  • Research and resolve exceptions using internal systems and documentation

  • Validate collateral documentation and confirm proper perfection requirements

  • Communicate exception status and required actions to business line partners

  • Update systems of record to reflect findings and resolution status

  • Manage assigned pipeline to meet service level and quality expectations

  • Ensure work aligns with procedures, audit standards, and compliance requirements

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk

  • Basic understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and financial services

Job Description:-

  • The Post Close Review and Exception Resolution Specialist is responsible for reviewing commercial loan documentation after closing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and collateral perfection standards.

  • This role identifies documentation gaps, establishes exceptions, and performs research and resolution activities to mitigate risk and ensure loan files meet quality standards.

  • Processors support the end-to-end lifecycle of collateral review and exception clearing, partnering with internal teams and business line partners to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

  • Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards.

  • Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees.

  • Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-2 years of experience

Shift Timings:-

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST 

Work Mode:-

5 days work from office
