Global Quality FrontEnd Central Quality Assurance Remote Operation Control. (GQ FECTQA_ ROC)

As a FrontEnd - Remote Operation Control Engineer for Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with a team responsible to perform centralized operation roles supporting Micron Fabs across the network in Asia and US. Your primary areas of responsibility will include setup of rule-base auto-hold and disposition system, execution of product disposition, and lot handling operation. You will be required to interpret electrical and physical characterization data, and combine with statistical analysis to identify and propose disposition for deviated materials with Quality and Reliability risk. You will also bridge to various FECTQA counterparts at each fab to provide operation support, as well as engage in global alignment teams to derive and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Job Description Summary

• Design and develop comprehensive QA disposition plans and program into Micron Disposition system.
• Engage in productivity projects, automate QA disposition process through software scripting, enhancing efficiency across the board.
• Execute Fab lot disposition of affected by planned or unplanned deviations (including those from Special Work Requests, Fab Conversions, and Quality Deviations and Excursions).
• Collaborate on the design and debugging of QA dispo. rules, ensuring our setting are consistently deliver best-in-class performance.
• Leverage advanced data analysis to identify insights, uncover opportunities for improvement, and detect issues earlier.
• Support software automation projects for productivity, and global alignment teams to maintain and publish global metrics
• Engage in global alignment teams to identify opportunities for improvements, work as a team to create innovative solutions to enhance overall network capability
