The opportunity

To build and grow the deliver world class Quality and drive Improvements.

How you’ll make an impact            

• You will be Arrange and perform activities in shop floor related to quality checking of product, material incoming quality, production and testing process.

• You will responsibility on process development, procedures, templates and working instructions related Incoming quality and supplier quality .

• You will collaborate with and empower all departments for deviation detection, Nonconformance follow ups, root cause analysis, correction measures implementation and continuous improvement.

• You will attend and participate in the internal/external audits (ISO, Hitachi
  Energy, Customer and work with all departments to close all findings and improvements.

• You will participate in organizational changes and lean culture challenges, decision making, collaborating with cross functions, driving Change, diligent and Influencing Continuous Improvement
  Time Management and implementation within the BU.

• You implement and monitor the quality strategy for , complaints and processes using predefined quality KPI's and arrange &  perform failure  analysis,  reports  using  8D  template  or similar

• You will arrange & sustain a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements and monitor supplier quality performance, material management an analysis and follow  up  corrective  actions  related  to  NCRs  and CCRPs.

• You will employee shall  also carry  out  any  tasks  that are  assigned  by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree engineering   preferred Electrical , Mechanical.

• Min. 2-3 Years’ experience.

• Quality Control/Quality Assurance and GIS product knowledge.

• Hands on Inspection of material and QMS & Internal Quality Auditing.

• Quality Tools, RCA, Lean Six Sigma.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
