Responsibilities
● Assisting the team in the design and execution of R&D projects, including
experimental setup, data collection, and analysis.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
and contribute to innovative solutions.
● Learning software tools prescribed by our company for designing parts and
assemblies and simulating Automotive R&D processes.
● Participate in the development and testing of prototypes, providing feedback
and suggestions for improvement.
● Compile and present research findings to the R&D team and senior
management.
● Follow all safety protocols in the laboratory and Automotive R&D
environments.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best
practices in Automotive R&D and R&D.

Qualifications
● Hail from a reputed University / Institution.
● Should be perusing his / her final year in a full time Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering
● Should carry minimum of 70% aggregate in his / her 5th & 6th semester
University
● Should have demonstrated a high level of Conduct and Discipline in the
Institution.
● Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Studio, Power BI) is preferred.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work
independently
