In this role, you’ll use your JavaScript expertise to design and optimize UI integrations, delivering intuitive and efficient solutions that empower CCaaS providers to offer an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities:
- Migrate, test, and maintain direct integrations using JavaScript and frameworks like React.
- Create seamless, effective user interfaces tailored to the needs of cloud-based platform
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in front-end development to ensure smooth application performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development workflows, code changes, and configurations.
- Provide technical assistance and training to end-users as required.
- 5+ years of JavaScript experience, especially with React framework.
- Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Practical experience with application integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with contact center solutions.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Backbone.js and/or jQuery.
