Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Sr. ReactJS Developer with expertise in Capital Markets to lead our web application development initiatives. This role is pivotal in steering the development and delivery of high-performance React-based applications, providing technical guidance to our developer team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our business objectives within the capital markets sector.
Software Requirements
Required:
- React and Redux (Extensive experience)
- React hooks, context API, and React Native (Strong understanding)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript (Proficient)
- Node.js and npm packages (Experience required)
- RESTful APIs and backend integration (Experience required)
- Testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, and Mocha (Knowledge required)
Preferred:
- Experience with GraphQL
- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization technologies
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of React-based web applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of React developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in React development to continuously improve the application development process.

Experience Requirements

Day-to-Day Activities
- Lead the design and implementation of React-based applications.
- Mentor junior developers in React development and best practices.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Preferred certifications: React or JavaScript certifications.
