We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at CMT and drive the first stage of our recruiting process - sourcing. You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact and fill our hiring needs more quickly and with a higher caliber of talent.
Responsibilities:
- Research and mine various channels, including LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri, and GitHub, to build and maintain robust pipelines of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and social media recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Head of Talent to refine and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates for technical positions.
- Take ownership of small-to-moderate recruiting projects, demonstrating initiative in solving hiring challenges and optimizing recruitment processes.
- Contribute to team objectives by actively participating in discussions, sharing insights, and implementing feedback to improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Assist in refining and documenting best practices for sourcing and recruiting to enhance team performance and scalability.
- Complete any additional tasks that may arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification.
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a track record of sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates for technical roles.
- Proven sourcing skills, with expertise in using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels to identify and engage technical talent.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously on defined tasks and independently solve challenges with moderate supervision.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and creating Boolean search strings.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse, is a strong advantage.
- Experience collaborating with global hiring teams and understanding the nuances of international recruitment.
