Job Description
- Participate in all stages of recruitment, including searching for specialists, conducting interviews, and organizing all subsequent steps.
- Manage contact databases and analyze CVs.
- Engage in both remote (email, various messengers) and face-to-face communications with colleagues during meetings.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processing for candidates based in India.
- Utilize various channels to attract candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for technical vacancies.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Proficiency with recruiting channels and tools.
- Experience with sourcing tools.
- Ability to multitask and process large amounts of information.
