Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Provide consultative guidance on market trends and facilitate new hire integration.
Principal Activities
End to End Recruitment:
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to onboarding.
- Drive candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess technical expertise, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection from hiring teams.
- Support fair and unbiased selection practices.
- Build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing the organization’s reputation and values.
- Ensure consistent communication and structured feedback processes.
- Provide consultative guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring efficiency.
- Maintain structured recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
- Contribute to recruitment process enhancements and HR transformation initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Onboarding & New Hire Integration
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
- Coordinate induction sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely access to tools, systems, and resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners, supporting their transition and early productivity.
- Gather and leverage feedback to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness and employee experience.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capability.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong process orientation and data accuracy mindset.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s with minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
