Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Manager – IT Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives in Mumbai. This role demands strong ownership of revenue targets, deep OEM and distribution relationships, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive IT hardware and enterprise solutions landscape.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in enterprise sales, hands-on deal closures, and the ability to lead and scale a regional sales team.
- Own and drive regional sales strategy for IT hardware and enterprise solutions
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through enterprise and channel sales
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team
- Build and expand relationships with enterprise clients, corporate accounts, and channel partners
- Strengthen partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and evolving customer needs
- Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Track sales performance, generate forecasts, and report to senior leadership
- 9–12 years of experience in IT sales with consistent performance delivery
- Strong expertise in IT hardware, peripherals, and enterprise solutions
- Proven experience managing large enterprise and/or government accounts
- Established network with OEMs and distribution partners
- Strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers and stakeholders
- Experience leading and managing regional or field sales teams
- Hands-on approach to deal closures and territory management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
