- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned business or technology initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Contribute to technology-driven improvements across automotive and vehicle lifecycle management processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved service delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational or technology-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor assigned activities, timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
- Support the adoption of digital platforms, automation tools, and data-driven processes.

- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in technology, automotive, operations, service management, or a related domain.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to handling challenges.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of technology-enabled business processes and digital solutions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
