Impact

The Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in driving pipeline growth by orchestrating targeted, multi-channel campaigns that engage prospects at every stage of the funnel. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, leveraging data and automation to optimize performance and maximize impact.

Role
As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and build brand awareness. You will work cross-functionally with sales, demand generation, and global marketing teams to run outbound campaigns, optimize nurture programs, and lead high-impact events, including tradeshows and the Yugabyte hosted events

This role requires a blend of digital marketing, campaign execution, and event management expertise to engage technical audiences, including developers, architects, and database professionals. Own multi-channel campaigns and event execution to support our go-to-market strategy in India and APJ. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building full-funnel campaigns, and have experience managing industry events, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns – Create and launch multi-touch campaigns across email, paid media (via agencies), and other channels to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Own field marketing and event strategy in the region – Plan and execute industry tradeshows, partner events, and Yugabyte-hosted events
  • Manage lead nurture programs – Design and execute automated workflows that educate, engage, and move leads through the funnel.
  • Ensure seamless event follow-ups – Work closely with sales and SDR teams to implement timely lead capture and post-event engagement strategies.
  • Drive regional demand generation programs – Oversee paid third-party demand gen initiatives, including media partnerships, content syndication, and sponsored webinars.
  • Leverage intent signals to prioritize and engage high-value accounts in the region.
  • Optimize segmentation & targeting – Use HubSpot and Salesforce to refine audience segmentation, personalize outreach, and track lead progress.
  • Analyze & optimize performance – Monitor campaign and event KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate for better results.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & SDR teams – Align marketing efforts with regional sales priorities, refine messaging, and optimize lead handoff processes.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, field marketing, and event execution.
  • Experience managing large-scale events, including tradeshows and executive roundtables.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Proven track record of driving engagement and pipeline growth through regional campaigns and events.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable with campaign metrics, reporting, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills – this role works closely with global marketing, sales, and partner teams.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, architects, or database professionals) is a plus but not required.
