Job Description SummaryLead product marketing initiatives and marketing action plan for CT. Deliver a high impact and business driven outcomes for this critical modality for the Imaging business. Ownership of NPI strategy, deployment of market relevant sales collateral and training modules, value props and evidence documents, and KOL engagement. Maintain understanding of market dynamics, competitive intel, and support business leader in strategic planning exercises. Own and collaborate with functional marketing to drive high impact customer events showcasing products, technology, and customer clinical outcomes.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

  • Develops a regional portfolio strategy including product positioning, market segmentation/targeting and installed base retention. Growth generation for products in a specific region through demand creation and funnel acceleration

  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions

  • A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a critical resource for business leader for their strategic planning exercises and leadership reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related field with a Masters degree in Business / Marketing or allied specialties

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Med Tech industry in a marketing function

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience and awareness working with Imaging product portfolio in a sales / marketing / product management capacity

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
