This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position and take ownership of guiding our team through high-quality, visually compelling rendering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of high-quality 3D renderings from concept to post-production
- Manage team workload, set clear deadlines, and ensure project delivery
- Provide feedback, support team development, and lead by example
- Encourage innovation by exploring new tools and maintaining our asset library
- Coordinate with other departments and maintain clear communication
- Foster a positive, high-performing team environment
What You Bring
- Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and architectural styles
- Experience leading rendering projects and teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English
