The Role:

  • Creation of new and maintenance of existing projects in Oracle. Drive consistent, accurate and timely set up in Oracle Financials
  • Setting of Up Projects in Oracle/ Load Task, and Responsible for handling Mailbox (Generic email Box), Unbilled Clean up and rec by study level for controls.

What you will be doing

  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events
  • Carry out clerical duties, including replying of mails, preparing documents and trackers.

You will need:

  • Graduate in Commerce/MBA 1-2 year of experience in customer support, vendor management or working as an executive in accounts department.
  • Fundamental knowledge of accounting and revenue
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents
  • Basic understanding of contracts and agreements for revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in common office applications.
  • Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensure attendance of 60% work from Office.
