Key Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and prioritize RPA opportunities from stakeholders across Asia, Europe, and America. Design, document, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automations using UiPath and Power Automate (UI, Excel, Database, Mail and AI automations). Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to best practices. Perform effort estimation, solution design, and ROI analysis for automation projects. Track and report automation benefits (time/cost savings) to stakeholders. Maintain and manage UiPath Orchestrator by performing version upgrades, deployments, manage Queues, logs monitoring, create & train ML Skills, etc. Analyze new features introduced in UiPath, Power Automate and leverage them Conduct periodical training on RPA Capabilities and best practices to RPA community users working in JE.
Skills Required:
- 3-7 years’ experience as UiPath RPA Developer specialized in Excel, Mail, UI and Database Automation
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio for building, debugging and tuning workflows using sequences, flowcharts, state machines, and the REFramework.
- Experienced in creating custom libraries and reusable components.
- Working Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator in configuring un-attended Robots, managing assets, queues, triggers, schedules, and user roles, monitor job execution and balance loads efficiently.
- Working knowledge training ML models using UiPath AI Center for document processing and Document digitization through OCR technologies and API integration skills.
- Knowledgeable in transitioning from traditional RPA to APA solutions, focusing on incorporating intelligent, autonomous decision-making capabilities into automation processes.
- Good to have knowledge on Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows
- Good to have knowledge on SQL basics for Database automation
- Business communications, inter-personal and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/IT (good academic record)
- Certifications like UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (preferred)
