Role Summary

To lead the design, development, and deployment of robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism, providing technical expertise, mentorship, and ensuring adherence to best practices across the project lifecycle, from discovery to production support.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Guide RPA development teams, offer technical mentorship, and ensure high-quality code and architecture.

Solution Design: Lead the creation of functional and technical designs for complex automation solutions.

Development & Optimization: Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automations (processes, objects), optimizing existing bots for performance.

Project Oversight: Manage the entire RPA project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within constraints.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.

Support & Maintenance: Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical support.

Best Practices: Enforce development standards, architecture, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in RPA, leading multiple end-to-end implementations.

Blue Prism Expertise: Deep, hands-on proficiency in Blue Prism (Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room).

Programming: Strong C# and VB.NET skills are a significant advantage..

Methodologies: Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
