As a Sales Development Representative at PartnerOne Capital, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating qualified leads and nurturing relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for executing outbound prospecting campaigns, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of prospects to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools (Sales Nav, Lusha, CRM).
  • Proven ability to hit benchmarks for cold calls and reach-outs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to engage prospects and build rapport
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems
