Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our sales teams through structured onboarding, impactful training programs, and the creation of accessible enablement resources.
You will play a critical role in driving sales productivity and improving overall effectiveness through data-driven and scalable initiatives that support our mission of delivering sustainable solutions to our global customers.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Deliver and manage comprehensive Sales Onboarding programs, both virtual and in-person, to ensure new hires are effectively ramped and equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Global Enablement teams to co-create tailored content and high-velocity outreach strategies that accelerate pipeline generation for the India market.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by tracking and reporting on enablement effectiveness, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize training and coaching programs.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training.
Strong knowledge of consultative and outcome-based selling practices, with a deep understanding of sales processes and lead qualification frameworks.
Proven ability in project management and facilitation, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences and analyze performance data to drive actionable strategies.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
