Requirements
- Identify and develop new business in target industries (fabrication, automotive components, appliances, furniture, architectural, oil & gas, etc.).
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring repeat business and high customer retention.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and volume/value goals.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for coating applications.
- Coordinate with technical/application teams to resolve customer issues (adhesion, finish quality, curing, color matching).
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts within approved margins.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Collect and process customer feedback for product improvement.
- Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with production/logistics for order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
