We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, environment strategies, and release management processes to enable faster, reliable, and high-quality Salesforce deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Gearset or Copado.

  • Manage source control repositories (Git-based) and enforce branching strategies .

  • Own and execute release management processes, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of deployments across environments.

  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery cycles.

  • Manage Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Scratch Orgs) and ensure environment readiness.

  • Implement and maintain version control and change tracking best practices.

  • Monitor deployments and troubleshoot issues across environments.

  • Establish governance and compliance controls aligned with enterprise DevOps standards.
